Bachelor degrees in education licensure
Education is a professional licensure program at St. Ambrose University. Educational requirements are noted for all states. Requirements may, however, change at the discretion of the state, and as such, interested applicants and current candidates for licensure should consult with licensure boards within jurisdictions of interest. Bachelor of Social Work accreditation and licensure
On November 8, 2021, the Council on Social Work Education's Commission on Accreditation granted initial accreditation to the Bachelor of Social Work Program at St. Ambrose University through October 2029.
Since candidacy status was granted in the academic year of 2019-2020, students admitted to the BSW program in the fall of 2019 and after are considered to have graduated from an accredited social work program upon the COA granting Initial Accreditation.
