- Go to the National Student Clearinghouse website.
- Fill out the required information.
- Confirm the delivery method (electronic or mail).
- Submit the form and follow any payment instructions if applicable.
- NOTE: If you attended prior to 1987, please contact the Office of the Registrar

- Structure your subject line as “Diploma request -[your name] - [graduation year]”
