St. Ambrose University is urging current and prospective students to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) now that it’s available online.
The St. Ambrose financial aid team is ready and available for anyone needing help with the application process. Students and their families are encouraged to act quickly to maximize their opportunities for scholarships, grants, and other financial aid on their way to a valued degree and a successful future.
“Completing the FAFSA as soon as possible is one of the most important steps students can take to secure funding for their education,” said Amy Novak, EdD, president for St. Ambrose University. “We also have institutional aid awards available, so acting early can make a difference.”
The FAFSA is easier and more streamlined than ever, and St. Ambrose University is ready to assist students every step of the way. By completing the FAFSA early, students not only gain access to federal aid but also unlock opportunities for institutional scholarships like the Ambrose Advantage, which has provided full-tuition scholarships to more than 760 students since 2020.
Why Act Now?
- Unlock critical federal and institutional aid: Submitting the FAFSA early increases a family’s chances of securing aid earlier in the college search process.
- It’s quick and easy: The new FAFSA process is designed to save time and reduce stress.
How to Get Started:
- Students should gather information like their Social Security number, 2023 tax information (if applicable), and their FSA ID (FAFSA login).
- Follow the easy to complete instructions and input our St. Ambrose University code 001889 to have the FAFSA sent directly to SAU.
