Reverend Grant teaches Environmental Theology, especially from a Thomistic perspective in the Roman Catholic tradition, but also philosophy (esp. Kant and Aristotle). He also teaches Historical Theology, especially IV Century, west, with an emphasis of Saint Ambrose of Milan. In 2014 he was inducted into the academy of Biblioteca Ambrosiana, in Milan.
Reverend Grant is also the director of the Academy for the Study of St. Ambrose of Milan and Sacramental Minister at St. Andrew's Parish, Blue Grass, Iowa.
